As a long-term area resident with substantial sales experience and community connections, Coldwell Banker Realty agent Steve Hasselbeck expertly assists Chicagoland buyers and sellers with honesty, integrity, and compassion.
 
From the city to the suburbs, Steve has helped his clients realize their property dreams. To find buyers their ideal home, he conducts a full-scale market analysis while drawing on his firsthand knowledge of area neighborhoods and amenities. To bring sellers optimal return on investment, Steve leverages the power of Coldwell Banker Realty’s marketing platform, maximizing exposure through dynamic digital and print advertising. Steve’s vast professional network includes contractors, lenders, and attorneys, available to assist with upgrades and financial and legal requirements. Always going the extra mile, Steve takes the stress out of the process and is never too busy to answer his clients’ calls texts, or emails.
 
With 30+ years in sales, marketing, and finance, Steve approaches each situation with a keen understanding of its unique value proposition. He has managed Midwest and West Coast sales and customer marketing teams and has been trained in organizational optimization, emotional intelligence, and situational leadership. Steve has also earned a B.A. in political science from the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of ConAgra Foods’ Marketing Excellence Program, offered through Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and earned Green Belt status from the Chicago Deming Association’s Six Sigma Master’s Program. Now a full-time property agent and Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®), Steve brings unmatched skill and insight to the table.
 
Since moving to the Chicagoland area in 1981, Steve has resided in Lisle, Wheaton, Naperville, and Woodridge with a couple of breaks in Overland Park, Kansas, and Orange County, California. Regardless of location, Steve has remained deeply committed to community involvement. He has been a member of the Parent Advisory Board at St. Francis of Assisi and St. Joseph Elementary Schools, chairperson of the St. Ignatius College Prep Sports Table Annual Auction Fundraiser, volunteer with the St. Vincent De Paul Society, baseball coach for the Lisle Park District and football coach for the St. Joan of Arc Varsity Team. Steve currently donates his time at the West Suburban Community Pantry.
